Wonderfully Messy Co. was founded during a difficult time of loss and heartbreak. After the passing of her father, Jeannette discovered the versatility and beauty of resin while preserving the flowers from his funeral.
Along with the grief of losing her father in December 2022, unresolved trauma emerged from the previous year when she nearly lost her husband in 2021. (Read the story here or click on the Our Miracle tab.)
Intertwined with quiet moments spent in God’s presence, Jeannette used art as an avenue towards healing. Though often messy and unpredictable, the creative process led to beauty beyond what she imagined.
Through her art, Jeannette seeks to inspire others to find beauty in life’s messiness and challenges. Each piece she creates serves as a reminder of how Jesus transforms us into His masterpiece, even in the midst of our struggles and brokenness.
