Whether it’s fear, anxiety, or depression, we all know someone who’s battling something right now; maybe it’s you. My heart goes out to you.

As someone who has battled with these and other issues, I know how hard it can be. Many times I have called on the name of Jesus in the middle of panic attacks that hit me when I least expected. I’ve felt the loneliness and exhaustion of depression. But most importantly, I’ve seen the power of Jesus.

Sometimes our battle lasts longer than we’d like. But thankfully, Jesus is in it for the long haul. He never leaves us to walk it alone. And I’d love to walk it with you as well. I’d love to pray for you if you’re in need today. You can comment or send a dm.

Healing doesn’t always come with big revelations or overnight changes. Sometimes it’s in the smallest moments where God begins to heal our hearts.

Friend, if you’re hurting today, I’m so sorry. In my times of hurting and suffering I wanted so badly for it all to just be over with. It never happened instantly and in some instances, such as in my grief, it still remains but it has changed. Remember, you are loved and treasured and your feelings and your situation matter. Jesus cares and promises to carry us through. 🫶

✨We cannot remain the same when we spend time with Jesus. When we pray asking God to change our circumstances, spending time with Him again and again, talking with Him, listening for Him, we are changed in the process. And it’s then, we begin to view our circumstances differently.
