Your valley is real.
Your pain is real.
The waiting is real.
And in the middle of all of it — so is He.
You’re not alone.
He is with you in whatever you face today. 🤍

Yesterday, as we celebrated Father’s Day, I, like so many others, noticed the empty chair. And as I remembered and missed my dad, I also remembered the promise and the hope that we have in Jesus.

The promise that there is a day coming, when every tear will be wiped away. And sorrow will be no more.

As the old hymn says, “What a day of rejoicing that will be.”

So for those who noticed the empty chair yesterday, today, and any other day, hold on. There’s a new day coming. And what a day that will be.🤍

Peace isn’t only meant for your mind — it’s meant for your body too. And sometimes you not only need to hear truth, but your body needs to feel it.

Even Jesus stepped away to rest. Even Elijah needed sleep and food before he could hear from God.

Caring for the body has always been part of the faith journey, not separate from it.

It didn’t. And if you’re carrying this too, neither does yours.

Healing is possible. Help is available. And you are not alone. 🩵

If you love someone walking through this — give them grace. Give them patience. Give them the same gentleness God gives you in your own hard seasons.

I’ve been in every one of these moments.
The panic.
The reaching.
The tears that came before the words.

And I want you to know that what you carried or are carrying in those dark hours isn’t weakness. It’s faith.

Raw, real, and seen by a God who never once looks away.

I see you, friend. Most importantly, He sees you and He won’t leave you.🤍

He never failed. Not once. I’ve been in seasons w

He never failed. Not once.

I’ve been in seasons where I couldn’t see a way out. More than once.

Seasons where the silence was heavy. Where I couldn’t see the next step, let alone the way through.

And every single time — He showed up.

Maybe that’s where you are today. In the middle of something heavy, something unclear, something that feels like it has no way out.

Hold on.
Hold on to Him. Hold on to His promises. Hold on even when your grip feels weak and your faith feels small.

Because the same God who never failed me — He won’t fail you either.

His mercies are new every single morning. And that includes yours. Today. In the middle of whatever this is.

He has never once failed to show up.
And He’s not about to start now.

Hold on, friend. He’s not done yet. 🤍
